Our virtual raffle is back!
We know that football and cheer can get expensive and we want to help! We have many athletes pay for their entire season plus extras by selling raffle tickets!
We have made some printer friendly cards you can have your player(s)/cheerleader(s) print out that will have a QR code which links back to a google sign up.
Here is the link to the google form ticket.
Ticket's will be sold for $20.00 a piece.
$10.00 of every ticket will go directly towards your athlete's account . $5.00 will go directly into the pot with the other $5.00 going towards helping football or cheer with seasonal costs (this can be new uniforms, football equipment, cheer equipment, etc...)
The $10.00's for the player's account can be applied as follows:
For Football - this can be applied towards registration, merchandise, if we go to playoffs and it requires additional funding - it can be applied towards that as well.
For Cheer - this can be applied towards registration, cheer required extras (bloomers, bows, etc...), gym fees, regional costs and national costs.
**Please note - that no money will be given directly to any player/cheerleader or their families. All funds collected will only be applied to the 2023 Fall Season. Any remaining funds at the end of season will go into the PCD general fund for covering off-season expenses. **
After filling out the "ticket" on our google form, the ticket holder can pay for their ticket either through Venmo - @PalmCity-Dolphins - or we can send an invoice that can be paid via credit card. After we have received
both
the money and the google form, the ticket holder's name will be entered into the drawing.
There will be one drawing for football and one drawing for cheer and all money raised will be applied towards either football or cheer depending on which raffle you participate in. The names will be pulled from the box (container) at one of our home games! (Details of the day and time will be released as soon as we have the schedule in August)
